Eg: I have 2 fields Start , End date I don't want these fields should be change for c

OOTB it is not possible, you may have to take a look at this plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226365/secure-custom-fields-for-jira-field-permission-security?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

Hi @Thulasi Ram K ,

you can do that using Behaviours provided by ScriptRunner app (https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/behaviours-overview.html )

In Cloud scriprtunner it is not possible, as behaviors are not there yet.
