Hello -

So I have a company managed project, and I'm wondering if it possible to change the view permissions to only allow it to be view by specific people in the organization. I know this can be done in team managed projects, but the team managed project is also limited because i need to switch from a Scrum Board to a Kanban board and cannot do that.

Hi @michael_miranda,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Yes, this can be done in a company-managed project. What you need to do is update the permission scheme that the project is using and define who should be able to browse project and other things. I would suggest that you use the existing project roles in the permission scheme instead of groups, that way your project admins can add/remove users to the project. You can learn more about permissions in Jira in this KB
