How to make backup plugins and automatizations and restore to another server

We have a server (prod) on which a jira with a database is deployed using docker compose. We also have a kubernetes cluster in which a jira (dev) is deployed. We need to transfer all data from prod to dev. We tried jira backup tools - while plugins and automations are not transferred. We tried database backup tools - the same thing. Please tell me how can we restore all plugins for the dev environment?

Hello @Airat Khasanshin

We recently done something like replication of prod to UAT.
we replicated the both DB and Shared home (DC). after this you may need to update some  settings like Base URL and Email Subscriptions and etc.
