How to make a new project in my workspace?

I can only see my Kanban board and I can't find any way to create a new project. Also Chat GPT could not help me here.

Has anyone suggestions?

Had a similar setup confusion while organizing files for my Summertime Saga project — turns out it was just a permission issue. Make sure your workspace role allows project creation, or ask your admin to grant access. Once that’s done, the “Create Space/Project” option should appear right away.

To create a new Space (formerly known as Project) you need to have the permission to do so.

If you are Jira administrator you can create Spaces. You can read here how to do this: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-a-new-project/ 

Or maybe you just want to create a new Board in your existing Space. In that case you can use this guide: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/creating-your-agile-board

If you want to work with Sprints, then you will need a Scrum board instead of a Kanban board.
