I have imported ~1500 tasks without description (only summary and some fields)

It takes 15 seconds to open a board and 15 seconds to open a task with empty description.

How to improve it?

3 empty tasks in a test project work well (opens within 1 second)

Hi @Константин Смирнов  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The first question would be, Why do you have so many issues on a single board? That is unmanageable for a team.

I would suggest you reduce the number of cards on the board - maybe by creating additional boards.

If several are done, they they should be released and removed from the board.

Indeed, people on Jira 7 recommended you should stop below 300 to maintain performance (probably 600-700 on version 8).  In human terms though, a team is going to struggle with a board with more than a hundred and fifty or so.  The whole point of the board is to focus on what needs doing next, and you can't focus well if you go above 100 in most cases.
