How to maintain values with description in Select list custom field

I have a custom field with Team name (Eg: Team A, Team B, Team C....) which is displayed on the screen and single value can be selected from the select list. 

While configuring the select list value i need an additional field say description where i can maintain the Team owner which should not be visible to anyone except administrator.

Example for select list values

Values            Description

Team A           Team A Owner

Team B            Team B Owner

Hi Karan,

I've checked in a test instance and also searched for features related to this, but on Jira Cloud, there is no option to add a description for the option on a "Select list" custom field.
Also, if there was this option, I believe that it would be available for everyone, it would be not possible to restrict to administrators, the same as the descriptions are now.
