Thanks for your kindly help, I followed the KB which you sent, and Synchronise said Incremental synchronisation completed successfully. but when I test user, there is an error said the Test retrieve user: failed, user does not exist. and the others are not performed.

did you enter the username and the credetials for that user before running the test?
If yes, please check, if you set the Base DN and Additional User DN correct, so that it will point to the place where the users are.
Please also check, if User Schema Settings are correct.

From here, it looks good. Somehow Jira does not find the Users. It will look at
OU=-redacted- and get all users that are in the -redacted- - Group.
It either it will not find any users in that DN or they are not inside that group.
Do you use nested groups?

As you mentioned, the groups are already synced. I guess, the Jira_Users_SZ group is then synced also?
Just want to make sure, it is not the group that is the problem.
