How to log hours in multiple sub-tasks simultaneously?

Consider that I am working on 10 stories . 10 stories has 10 sub tasks associated with it.

I have to log hours for 10 sub-tasks simultaneously without entering it manually .

Could you please suggest me the way to enter hours in quicker manner for all sub tasks?

I do not know how to log time for multiple issues simultaneously out of the box. But it seems to me that it s the wrong way to use Jira. Why would you work on 10 issues simultaneously? I think something is wrong with the process. But you know better.
