How to link to an external issue on a transition screen?

I'm trying to configure a JIRA screen to link to an external JIRA issue. It is possible to add the links via "More --> Link --> Jira issue". Application Links are configured and working. On a screen there is no option to select another server.

Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid it didn't help.

I attached a video where you can see what I am trying to do. I am able to select a server when I try to link an issue the "normal" way.

I don't have the option to select a JIRA server when I try to link to an issue on a specific workflow transition.
