Unfortunately, the "report bug" feature of your Jira instance does not work - so I guess I need to link our SEN with my account... How do I do that?

Hi @el_schalo please check the following support article: How to find your Support Entitlement Number (SEN)

When you submit a (manual) support request with Atlassian, you're able to enter the SEN number from your instance.
