How to link issues? When I right click the option doesn't appear

How to link issues? When I right click the option doesn't appear

Just as the question. When I right click an issue (or click the three dots) there is no option to link the issue to another one. I want to set issues as blocking of anothers. What can I do? I'm new to Jira, but my entire company is using it and we are pretty excited
