How to limit editing permission, to certain individual, for a particular Issue Status

Hi Team,

I have implemented the property jira.permission.edit.group and assigned the value to a group in which only a single user is added but still the issue is not coming editable to that user.

Hi Priyanka,

Make sure you published the workflow after you added the property

Also, make sure the property jira.issue.editable is not present as a property 
(it can interfere with the jira.permission.edit.group)

If this doesn't help try a re-index of the project
There could be discrepancies between the status the jira issue is in and the workflow.
