I can see the jira`s data sheet. And my boss want to know the usage of backlog and plug-in unit in every project. How I can analysis this data.

The "usage of backlog" can only be determined by working with the team the backlog is for. The usage of an app needs an admin to look at how it is configured, and by working with the teams using it.

Your boss needs to engage with your users and look at how they are working.
