You will need to define "integrate".  While it tells us you want two systems to work together, it tells us nothing more, and is useless as a definition of what you're trying to do.

I can't even tell you if you should use the REST interface to talk to Jira or look to build something in Jira from just "integrate".

So, can you tell us what you want?  Imagine you are one of the users of your website - what do you expect them to see and do?

My concept is based on we having one company in that lots of users over there for them we having support desk if they need the support means they will raise the ticket this ticket raising process should be done by the intermediate of JIRA so for that how should we start to access the JIRA.. Did we want to create an account like wise we need the step by step process to proceed and also how can i able to connect the API with JIRA.

  • Ok, I am not sure that really helps me understand.

I do see you want to use it as a help desk to capture things, and I think you want to do it from your website, but after that, I'm lost.  I'm not sure what you mean by "intermediate of Jira"

    However, some guesses:

You could use Jira's "issue collectors" - these are bits of javascript Jira generates for you and you embed in a web-site.  They offer the user a box for gathering information and poke it into Jira projects.
  • Or you could write something native in your website that gets data from the user and passes to Jira over REST
  • Or just link to Jira if smoeone might want help.

(I like the issue collectors myself, but they're not "helpdesk" really, more "get feedback")
