Hi @DINESH KUMAR ,
Thanks for posting your question here!
Unfortunately you can't do it with SOAP as it was deprecated in Jira already. Although you can do a REST Based integration using Webhooks.
Alternatively, you can also try a decentralized bi-directional sync solution like Exalate.
It offers you a Groovy based scripting engine for limitless customization and flexibilty.
I am Dhiren, working as a Solutions Engineer with Exalate.
We do offer a 30-day free trial to evaluate the product.
Thanks, Dhiren

@DINESH KUMAR hi! It's already mentioned in the posts above - unfortunately you cannot use the SOAP anymore. If you're leveraging your options, feel fee to check out the Atlassian Marketplace for alternative solutions (ZigiOps is among those solutions.) Fully no-code, easy to set up and customize, ZigiOps easily executes the Jira ServiceNow integration bi-directionally (+none of your data is stored). The tool comes with a free trial version so you can try it yourself.
Regards, Diana (ZigiOps team)
