Hello,
We had a server with jira server belonging to our license, but we can't access it anymore. When we want to set up a jira server on a new server, your sen number is different.
(SEN-10069144 Confluence (Server) 10 Users: Starter License) we will reactivate the license, but the same is true for this server. We cannot access our servers.
How can we install using our existing licenses?
Thanks,
Best Regards
Hi @Umut Şeremet ,
I see an active Starter license for Jira Server in your organization, however only one person is listed as the contact for the license. (their name begins with a 'D'). If this person is able to log in to https://my.atlassian.com , they should be able to see the licenses and retrieve the proper license key you need to finish setting up Jira on your new server. While they are there, they can add any additional contacts that might need to have access to the license.
Cheers,
Daniel | Atlassian Support
Hi Daniels,
I'm sorry, I forgot to add my account to the license information. I just added it.
Since your number has changed in the new jira server installation, how can we install with the existing license?
Thanks.

Hi Deniz, welcome to the Community!
The license can be added on the Versions & Licenses page in Jira (or the License Details page in Confluence). From Licensing your Jira applications:
- Obtain the license key you want to update (you can do this by visiting my.atlassian.com or by contacting the member of your organization who handles IT product licensing).
- Choose Administration (
) > Applications
- Select Versions & licenses to view license details for your installed Jira applications.
- Locate the license you want to update, and click on the pencil icon to edit the license.
- Replace the existing license key with your new license key.
- Click the 'Update license' button to update the Jira application with the new license.
Cheers,
Daniel

Welcome @Umut Şeremet to the Atlassian Community.
The SEN number you show is for Confluence, a different Atlassian product. Do you have the SEN for the Jira product, and has it expired?
