How to insert the summary of another issue in the description of my issue ?

In the description of my issue (or in any other field in rich text format), I would like to refer to another issue.

It is possible to do it with the issue key of the other issue and a link is automatically created to this other issue. But the issue key in the text is rather awful (and un-exportable). I would like to see the summary of this other issue instead.

Is there a way to do that ?
