Hello! I'm a Jira Cloud User. I'd like to create or improve an existing workflows for our purposes. I can export or find workflow as a JWB file. How I can import it to my workflows?

I've created marketplace account and can publish app privately. I also allowed private lists in my Jira Cloud 'app manager'. But, It looks like, I can't make a 'key token' for install my exported app (workflow). Can you help me?

- Johan.

Hello Johan,

The current process for exporting and importing data in Jira Cloud is rather inconvenient.

To address this, we’ve developed Workflow Wizard, a new app that lets you effortlessly export workflows from any Jira Cloud instance as a JSON file and import them into another instance, including all workflow data such as app functions and more. Also, you can create backups of your workflows and save them locally.

Check it out on the Marketplace:  🪄 https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1234751/workflow-wizard

and refer to the documentation for more details.

I hope this helps make your workflow management easier!

Best,
Ramin
