How to import projects from a CSV in order to update same field for all?

I'm using a kind of "developer" version (7.2.3) of Jira and need to update the same field for almost 5000 projects. I've been trying to find an option to update all projects (or at least in bulks) using a CSV but without success.

The builtin csv importer should server your use case.
