How to import csv based testcase to JIRA

I am using the below fields and wanted to import under the test set. Could somebody help in importing this?

I used import testcase option but stuck on field mapping screen

Is this zephyr test cases?

If yes you may have to explore zephyr to jira importer utility.

Nope, simply written in excel file.
