Hi guys,
I am a Jira Administrator and I am now working on a Ticket for Cash Refund Request Issue that requests the following Custom Field when creating the Ticket:
Infobox:
Over 500€, creates the ticket 1 week before
Under 500€, creates the ticket 3 days before
Otherwise it cant be guaranteed that the cash will be enough.
Does anyone know how to implement it?

Before making any suggestions, I'd like to make sure I understand your use case.
-Are you looking to create this on a Jira Service Management request? Or a Jira Software project?
-"Create the ticket 1 week before/3 days before" : this sounds like you want the issue to have been created in the past 🚗 ⚡👨🔬 . Do you mean that depending on what the person chooses in the custom field, you want a separate deadline custom field to be filled?
-Do you have something that already exists that you are trying to customize? If that's the case, a screencapture could help. Or are you building out something from scratch?
