How to implement a Text Field with adaption options in company managed projects?

At team managed projects I was able to simply add a field, where I can see a bar with multiple possibilities to change the text. (Screenshots below)

 

I would like to do the same at a company managed project. But the only field to add here is a Text Field with no bar giving me options to change the text (Screenshots below)

Hi Laurenz,

You must edit the Field Configuration scheme for that project to change the Renderer for that field to Wiki-style.
