How to hide "Issue hierarchy" and "Issue dependency" at project level ?

I'm only able to hide them at individual issue level but need to hide them at project level.

You can't hide them on the levels where they really matter.

May we ask why you are using them if you don't want to see them?

Actually I need them to be either hide to any logged-in user(only visible to leads) or permanently hide them.

I'm still not sure why you're trying to do this, or even where.

Could you explain what problem you are trying to solve by hiding these?

I want to use "Issue hierarchy" & "Issue dependency" at lead level as per the requirement and it should be hide at normal user level.

Ok, "I want" is not a description of the problem you are trying to solve.  Could you explain the actual problem?  What is going wrong because people can see the hierarchies?

Yeah people can see hierarchies but my need is only it should be visible to leads.

Could you explain why?  What problem would doing this solve?
