How to hide diagnose information shown to user?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When a user accesses a non-existent Jira page, Jira provides detailed diagnostic information. However, this information includes many package or middleware version details used by Jira, which I do not want users to see. Is there a way to hide this diagnostic information from users?
