How to hide and show different projects depending on the user?

Frank Cecere
July 24, 2022

Hello,

We are looking to hide projects from specific users but also allow them to see projects that are related to them. How can we go about doing this?

Will I have to create a different project schemes for each user that I want to disable / enable from seeing a project?

Hi @Frank Cecere

Projects can be hidden by setting user role permission

For team managed projects please refer to the documentation - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-how-people-access-your-team-managed-project/

Cheers

Ajay
