Hi @Siska and welcome to the community! Releases are specific to each project. However, there are a couple options for getting a view of multiple releases:
Create a dashboard with the Jira Road Map gadget. You would just need to create a filter with all of the projects you wish to see in the list.
Set up an Advanced Roadmap. In here you would also be able to create and track shared releases.
