I've created a quick filter for an agile board. I would like for this filter to be selected anytime anyone goes to the agile board. How to have a filter preselected for all users when accessing a JIRA Agile Board?

There is no way to do this unless you do it via some javascript hacks. Quick filter selection is specific to the users.
