Hello @CARDOSO Fernando 

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? You will find that information at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left side of the screen.

With a Team Managed project you cannot do either of those things.

You cannot modify what displays on the cards on the board to show the Fix Version information for the issue. There is a change request to allow that customization:
