How to grant project admin to add item to custom field list

How to grant project admin to add item to custom field list

One of my projects has a custom field dropdown list and I wish project admin to be able to add to the list. Is this possible? If so how is that done, in version 7.11.?

As @Alexey Matveev mentioned you can write an app that allows you to do that or there are existing apps on the Marketplace, for example:

These are just a few of the apps that allow you to delegate permissions to project admins.

It is not possible out of the box, but you could write such a plugin.
