How to go to back to Welcome screen

Hello,

When I created an account with Jira and logged in for the first time, there was a page which asked me to select how I wanted to use Jira with options more than 10 options like 'Software Development', 'Project Management', 'Sales'...

I choose 'Project Management' and proceeded. Now I would like to try how the interface looks like for 'Sales'. 

Is there a way to go back to the welcome screen? Or is there a way to switch to 'Sales' through some other settings page?

Each project has its own template. The only difference between them is the columns and the workflow statuses. The thing is, you cannot change from template to template, rather create a new workflow and a board and us it for example for Sales.
