Hi,

In JIRA I am trying to give the admin access for the normal user. I gave the access in administrationGroups menu. But still the user doesn't have the admin rights. Can someone please suggest the solution for this.

Thanks.

Hi Mounika,

It depends on what permission you want this user to have.
The group "Administrators" allow a user to see menu "Jira Settings" and the group "site-admins" will allow them to see the "Site administration" in order to add/remove users and groups.
So, if you want this user to access "Site administration" to manage users, you will have to add the group "site-admins".

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Angélica
