How to give permission on workflow edit for specific User/ Group

We are trying to give edit permission for a group of users to be able to edit the workflow of specific Project / Projects. The group has now Administrator permission on the needed projects, but still the users are not able to gain edit permission.

The workflow and workflow scheme are unique for each project.

Hi @Rami Mohamed Alhabbas welcome to the community.  To edit workflows users must have Jira Admin and not just project admin.
