How to give delete rights to a users for all 25 project except 3?

Is there any efficient way to give delete rights to a users for all 25 project except 3?

One way is to go in each project settings to allow delete rights per user or per group, is there any efficient way anyone of you guys already figured out? Please share, thanks.

Hi Fiaz,

You could create a new project role and edit the permission/permission schemes associated to your projects so that the Delete Issue permission is granted to that project role.

In each project where the user should be able to delete, add the user to that project role or a group to that project role if you wish to give this permission to multiple users and add/remove users in time from the group.

It is also possible to grant the Delete permission to a group directly, but if your permission scheme is shared with all projects, they will be able to delete issues from all projects and you can not remove the permission from only 1 project unless you assign another permission scheme.
