How to get to Site Access

Hi. New here. Trying to get to "Site Access" to check on site settings, but can't seem to figure out how to get to it. Would appreciate tips on how to get to it.

Hey @Ninfa Bito , for getting into the  "Site Access" to check on site settings you should have site admin access and you can get it to through groups in user management and must be in the site admins group and for any of the product access also you can see it in the user management and you should be a jira admin to see user management.

Did you read the following doc https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/specify-how-users-get-site-access/ ? 

It explains how to provide site access to users. 

After doing that you can manage product access using the following guide https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/update-product-access-settings/
