Not able to access Jira
If you can’t access Jira Cloud at all, first check [status.atlassian.com](https://status.atlassian.com) to rule out any ongoing outages. If the site is up, verify you’re logging in with the correct Atlassian account tied to your site and that your admin hasn’t changed your permissions. An admin can confirm under **Jira Settings > User Management** that your account is active and assigned to a group with the *Browse Projects* permission. If you’re the admin and still can’t log in, try an incognito browser session or clear cookies to rule out cached login issues.
