How to get the selection to link issues during csv bulk upload

Hi,

I would like to perform csv bulk upload to Jira with issue linkage. But I can only see the 2 yellow highlighted item in my selection.

How can I get the remaining issue linking option to be displayed on the "Map Value" screen?

You can import values to a cascading choice custom field using the following syntax. The '->' separator allows you to import the hierarchy:

Summary, My Cascading Custom Field
Example Summary, Parent Value -> Child Value
