How to get the metrics for the work done for the issue of other board

Hi, our board name is HRRS and the other board which works on our project is Team 3. Now I have created a issue in Team 3 board and they started to work on it in their sprint. We used a filter to see all our tickets of thier boards on ours. We are unable to see the tickets in our sprint as it is already in their sprint. When we try get the metrics for the work done we are not able to get any information of those tickets as they are not in our sprint. We have few subtasks in that ticket which are assigned to our team members. Please let me know if there is a way to get the metrics for those issues or, any possibility to see it in our sprints.

If an issue is not in a sprint, you can't include it in the metrics for that sprint.  If you want to "get the metrics for the work done", you need to put it in the sprint, or report on it separately.
