How to get the issue numbers from starting after deleting all issues in JIRA

Hi,

I have added few issues to JIRA Project.They are issued id's from PRO-1 to PRO-14.

I have deleted them after sometime.And now when I am trying to create new issues,I am unable to get ids from PRO-1.

The ids are being generated from PRO-14.I would however like it to begin from PRO-1.Is there any way I can do that? I have tried re-indexing and yet it doesnt work that way.

Please help.
