Good morning all, hope you're keeping well.

I'm hoping to go through sprints retrospectively, and get an view of issues assigned and completed by individual. I can't see a way to do this at the minute, it seems to be one or the other (view by assignee, OR, view by sprint,) but not both.

I hope somebody can help.

Thanks

James

Hi @James Paton 👋

Welcome to the community!

If you consider installing third-party add-ons, you can try marketplace add-onsOne if them is Time In Status add-on.

1. Identify long-running statuses: Look for statuses where issues have spent significant time. These statuses may indicate bottlenecks or inefficiencies in your process.

3. Also, you can do it with Sprint Report feature in Time In Status add-on. Primary propose of our add-on is generating reports that show how much time each issue has spent on each status, assignee, team, or project. Also we have Sprint Performance Report which contains various metrics for each sprint.

I would be happy if you had a look at it!

Try Time In Status for free.

You can also book a live demo - we'll show you the application inside out and answer all your questions.

Have a nice day and happy sprinting 🥳

Hi @James Paton

Welcome to the community !!

If you would be interested in a mktplace app, pls do take a look at
Sprint Velocity & Status Gadgets

The app comes with few dashboard gadgets to track team member's velocity / productivity based on story points in a sprint  and also track sprint status with multiple parameters. The app works for past / closed sprints too.

Disclaimer : I am part of the team which developed this app

Hi @James Paton,

By using the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets apps you can easily create a sprint report with the total story points by assignee, like this:

image.png

It can be also configured as a chart:

The gadget can calculate and display sum of story points, issue count or percentages.

See more example for this gadget (and the many others offered by the same app) in this article: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Building-a-powerful-Kanban-dashboard-in-Jira-with-Great-Gadgets/ba-p/1664331

You can start with a 1-month free trial. If you need help with the gadge configuration, feel free to contact us at support@stonikbyte.com.

Hope this helps.

Danut.

@James Paton Welcomen you might want to use several 2 dimensional filters filtered by each sprint and displaying status and assignee on x/y columns ?
