×A few weeks ago Jira software introduced a new interface, but it has a ugly ux.
I've been using jira for 7 years and abruptly changing it to a new "clean and easy to use" interface made my productivity going down, buttons and actions aren't in the place it was supposed to be, now I have to find out where the buttons are in the new interface.
It was possible through Personal Settings > Jira Labs > New Navigation > Turn Off, but now the option disappeared and looks like the Jira team decided to rollout to all users. Without I even asking for.
Is there any hidden option to get the old interface back? Or can I ask to support team?
Hi @Joao Victor
Welcome to the community.
You can't return to the old UI.
This also isn't abruptly done, thre have been community announcements on this.
Many users I know are completely dissatisfied. Sidebar is over crowded and not user friendly. Why can't they give options to choose?
