How to get notified in slack channel when someone moves a ticket to my Jira project?

Hi, I want to get notified in the slack channel when people from other projects moved their tickets into my project in Jira.

I have established integration between my slack channel and my Jira project. Now when a new issue is created in my Jira project, I will get a notification in my slack channel. Perfect! However, I want to expand the notification use case to "moving a ticket between projects", not just "creating a ticket in a project". I tried to use the "issue link is created" condition to manage my Jira-Slack integration but it's not working as expected. 

Any tips? Thanks!
