How to get notification that API tokn is about to expire?

what is the best way to manage API tokens? How can I know when the token expires so I can generate new one?

Welcome to the community, you wil et mail on expiring tokens, but is't also best to have documentation on when this expires and where the token is used.

You are managing your API tokens through your Security page of your profile. You can see when the token expires and you will also get an email a week before your token will expire.
