How to get mobile access for JIRA app ?

Users are unable to login to the JIRA app through mobile. It says “id.atlassian.com needs permission to access resources in your organization than only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.”
Can you please assist on this ?
