How to get link to comment in ticket? It was available in previous version of jira

How about this? :)

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I don't see these icons in new UI design. Possibly, we can turn them on somewhere in jira settings?
