@Yang Ooi

Are you familiar with JQL?

Here is a link to start with: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/jql-the-most-flexible-way-to-search-jira-14

Going back to your question you can not search a project from inside another project in JQL. You can search for issues that meet certain criteria

All the best,

hi i've used the both basic and advanced search before. When i search for All Issues in project XX , some issues have been moved to other projects wont be listed. So for example it will list xx-1 to xx-33 but some missing numbers in between. I needed to know if this type of search is possible. Cos as time goes on, more issues will be recorded in project XX first before being moved to other projects but i still would like to be able to export the list of issues created in project XX.

The only suggestion I can think of is to either add a component or label to every issue when it gets created so that when you run your JQL You will be able to find the issues moved to other projects @Yang Ooi

If you have any questions, please let me know
