How to get consumer key and public key for Consumer Appian

I am trying to integrate JIRA and Appian. But while configuring the new Application Link created, it is asking for Consumer key and public key.

Could you please help me with the steps to generate (pem) certificate and consumer key

I do not have an Appian integration to test this on but I located the documentation on their support documentation site detailing "Connected systems authentication" processes, and I recomend following the details from this page to get started:
