How to get best out of the Slack JIRA integration for a JQL
Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if there is anything that I can configure in JIRA or Slack. The end goal is to et notification in Slack one any issue is changes in a JQL. That can be status or assignee.
Use case:
I have a JQL which I monitor on a daily basis to know if the open issues are on track for further handover. The JQL is used across multiple function team <Dev,Qa,Ops,Support,Sales>
