How to get awesome new Jira UI look

can you please explain when will the new UI look will be available to Jira server editions ?

There's no noise from Atlassian about any moves to do this to server for a long time.

Most of us are hoping it will never be inflicted on us, as it is losing us a lot of people as well as time and productivity.
