Please verify that you have Manage Sprint permission in the related project permission scheme.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

If you don't have access or unable to start the sprint means you are lacking the Manage Sprint Permission.

Please reach out to your project Administrator and ask him to provide with the Permission or add to the specific project role which has associate it to the permission.
