How to get access to JIRA as User to raise Jira request for Project?

I need JIRA access in order to raise JIRA request for a project and assign it to Business IT operations.

@Shamik Sengupta You will need to ask your Jira admin to grant you access to a few of the permissions in the permissions scheme (e.g. create issue, browse issues, assign issues etc.), if you are wanting to create a Jira issue for a certain project.
